DescriptionThe International Hydropower Association (IHA) is a non-profit network of companies and organisations involved in hydropower around the world. Our mission is to advance sustainable hydropower. We work with members and partners active in 100+ countries and will be holding the World Hydropower Congress in Addis Ababa from 9-11 May 2017, with the support of AUC and UN-ECA.

Bringing the hydropower community to Addis Ababa
From 9-11 May 2017, IHA will be organising the World Hydropower Congress for the first time in Africa. The event, organised in partnership with the African Union Commission, UN-ECA and the Government of Ethiopia, will gather heads of organisations, business leaders and ministers to set the course for hydropower development over the next 10 years.
