DescriptionThe Finland Futures Research Centre (FFRC) is a multidisciplinary academic research, training, and development organisation. FFRC conducts research alternative futures, and the challenges and possibilities included in them. Academic research places special emphasis on foresight, environmental and energy research, socio-cultural research, food and consumption, bio-economy, security and education. In addition, we continually aim to develop the scientific foundations and methods of futures studies. Our rigorous and multidisciplinary basic research creates an excellent foundation for both applied and tailor-made research.

      Participants from African countries - Neo-Carbon Energy research interview

      Over a research interview, I would hope to meet and discuss freely wit participants from African countries. Especially participants from Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa are encouraged to contact me. I would like to hear more about your views as a expert in your country and region.

      The topics I would hope to hear your views from include:
      - new innovations,
      - new business models,
      - social and economic impacts,
      - educational and other policies related to the solar and wind sector,
      - renewal of the fossil fuel sector towards renewables
      - drivers and obstacles of change
      - risks
      - and so on
